Acceptance

By signing in to this Personal Command Center deployment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign in.

What you’re allowed to do

• Use the application for personal scheduling, family coordination, curriculum tracking, and the other features documented in the application.
• Export your data at any time.
• Modify your local installation (this is your installation).

What you’re not allowed to do

• Use the application to harm others, including by storing data unlawfully obtained or by violating others’ privacy.
• Reproduce copyrighted material (e.g. textbook or standards content) within the application beyond brief bibliographic references. Any external AI tool you choose to paste prompts into is governed by that tool’s own terms.
• (v2 only:) Resell access to the application without permission.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted artefacts are produced outside this application using a tool of your choice; the application only provides prompt templates and imports the results you paste back. The application makes no AI calls itself and offers no warranty over anything an external tool generates.

Liability

This application is provided as-is. The operator does not warrant that it will be free of bugs, that schedules will be optimal, or that imported AI suggestions will be correct. The operator’s total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months — which is £0 for v1.

Termination

You may stop using the application at any time by deleting your account. The operator may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes

These terms may change. This is a v1 skeleton and should be replaced with lawyer-reviewed text before any public or paid launch.
